Sugar Mamas SC, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) produces and sells organic, allergen-friendly cotton candy and related products. By purchasing from our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including descriptions, pricing, and images. Because our cotton candy is handcrafted and made from natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or flavor may occur.

All of our cotton candy is made without artificial dyes and is free from the top 8 allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy).

3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our website using approved payment methods. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the product has been shipped.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us at thesugarmamasSC@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.

6. Fundraising & Wholesale Orders

Schools and organizations participating in fundraising programs must adhere to the terms outlined in their signed fundraising agreement. Fundraising orders are considered final once confirmed. Wholesale or bulk orders may have separate payment and delivery terms, agreed upon in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product names, and text — is the property of Sugar Mamas SC, LLC and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
